Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All items are custom sizes and printed based on your order request. All items are to be inspected by the customer at the time of pick up. Once you have inspected and accepted your order, returns are not available. All sales and orders are final at the time of pickup.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and decline the order if there are any physical defects in the craftsmanship. Incorrect sizes that were ordered by the customer do not qualify as a material defect. Material defects mean any rips, tears, stains or other physical garment defects. It does not apply to graphic designs on the t-shirt, nor to t-shirt sizes. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Sizes Ordered
All shirt orders are printed based on the size and dimensions you ordered when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes or shirts that do not fit. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a gift card.

Exchanges
In some instances, we may have additional sizes on hand that can replace an ordered size that is not the perfect fit. In that case, if the cost of the items is the same, we may, at our discretion, elect to provide you with the next size up or down. If there is a difference in cost, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. ie. a medium shirt will cost less than xxxl. The customer will be responsible for paying the difference. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds
If a defect is found in a customer's order, we may approve a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cincypreneurs@gmail.com.
